Hello there!
I am seeking a challenging position with a foreign or russian company in the Moscow area. I got my Masters degree in Economics at the Moscow State University. I have an extensive background in Accounting and Finance, Oil and Gas field, Marketing and Real Estate. I also have competent managerial skills and a wide experience in computers.
When I worked with Hines, I was responsible for approximately 260 people of staff in Park Place Moscow site. That was a good chance for me to try myself as a manager on one hand, and as a solid part of the huge professional team on another. My responsibilities there were: property management, accounts receivables, retail operations, Lease administration, budgeting, property construction, landscaping and etc. I was lucky enough to work in Houston for awhile, where I gained a good knowledge of doing business according to the international standards.
While working in KPMG, I was trained to handle Accounting and Finance issues. Being an auditor, I worked mainly with NK LUKoil entities. We were doing the audit of the NK LUKoil oil bases. That is why I had a lot of business trips there over the Urals and Siberia. That helped me to learn and understand many specifics of Gas and Oil Business.
As for the Metalloinvest Holding company (The Bank "Rossiysky Credit"), I worked there as a deputy Vice-president heading the property management department. There were several sites in my responsibility located in Moscow and some other neighbor towns. Mainly, they were large business centers, restaurants, retails and industry objects for rent such as: the "Molchanovka"" Business center located at Novy Arbat street, the significant part of the Hotel "Russia" first floor (east wing), the industry buildings located on the territory of the "Kauchuk" factory and others. My responsibilities within Metalloinvest were much alike as in Hines. In addition I have to mention that working with Metalloinvest I had to learn the russian law concerning transactions of commercial property.
I'm seeking for a new job right now. I'm looking for a challenging prospective position within a large foreign or russian company in Moscow area. I have an extensive background in Accounting and Finance, Oil and Gas, Marketing and Real Estate fields. I also have competent managerial skills according to international business standards and a wide experience in computers. I would appreciate it if you do not offer me the vacancies of an accountant, financial director or auditor.
